M T W Th F       Essentially everybody should be able to, and should walk, 3 to 7 days weekly. The time spent should be 30 to 90 minutes, depending on your goals.

M T W Th F       Eat green veggies every day.

M T W Th F       Take supplemental vitamins and minerals if you are a woman, vegetarian, are on a calorie-restricted diet, or have a digestive abnormality.

M T W Th F       Drink liquids regularly, not excessively.

M T W Th F       Seek mental and spiritual health at least as vigorously as you seek physical health.

M T W Th F        As a rule, eat no more than one plate of food each meal. Everything you eat at any given meal should fit on one plate, including the bread, salad, dessert, and all.

M T W Th F       Avoid white flour and sugar as much as possible.

M T W Th F       Avoid sweetened, carbonated soft drinks.

M T W Th F        Keep coffee (caffeine) intake at or below 2 cups daily. 

M T W Th F        Keep your spine and joints in their best working order with periodic manipulation.
